Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Human Resources Specialist will oversee HR policies, manage employee benefits, and coordinate personnel management. Responsibilities include implementing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with company policies, managing recruitment processes, and enhancing employee relations to create a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in core Human Resources (HR) functions such as recruitment and workforce planning
- Experience with HR Management and developing HR strategies
- Understanding and application of HR Policies and labor law compliance
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and compensation management
- Strong personnel management and interpersonal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is a plus
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
