About the job:

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Screening and Selection: Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications, identifying qualified candidates for various positions.
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide regular updates on the hiring process.
Candidate Engagement: Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
Reporting: Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
HR Operations & Administration
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (HRMS).
Prepare and issue HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, confirmations, warnings, NOCs, experience letters, and other official correspondence.
Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Payroll & Benefits Coordination
Coordinate with Finance/Payroll team for monthly payroll processing.
Ensure accuracy of attendance, leaves, overtime, deductions, and allowances.
Administer employee benefits including medical insurance, leave entitlements, gratuity, and end-of-service benefits.
Handle employee payroll and benefits-related queries professionally and confidentially.
Leave & Attendance Management:
Monitor and manage employee attendance and leave records.
Ensure leave administration is in line with company policies.
Generate monthly attendance and leave reports.
HR Policies & Compliance
Ensure compliance with company HR policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
Assist in the implementation, communication, and updates of HR policies.
Ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Support internal and external HR audits when required.
Employee Relations
Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related concerns.
Support grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and employee counselling.

HR Reporting & Systems
Prepare HR reports related to headcount, turnover, leave, and payroll.
Maintain accurate HR data within HRMS.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 24 years of experience in Talent Acquisition & HR Operations in the UAE is a must .
