Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven HR Operations Supervisor to lead and optimize all HR operational functions. This role is responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle, payroll governance, compliance, employee services, and process excellence. The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on leader with strong operational control, capable of driving efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering a high-performance employee experience. This position requires a proactive professional with strong leadership presence, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all HR operations activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, employee changes, and offboarding.
  • Supervise and validate monthly payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, allowances, deductions, bonuses, and end-of-service benefits.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, governmental regulations, and internal policies.
  • Manage employee records, documentation control, and HR data integrity with strict confidentiality standards.
  • Oversee employee benefits administration, medical insurance, leave management, and statutory obligations.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and operational workflows.
  • Monitor HR KPIs and prepare executive-level reports to support decision-making.
  • Lead and mentor the HR operations team to drive accountability and high performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance and department heads to ensure operational alignment and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations.
  • Proven experience in payroll management and end-to-end employee services.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
