Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated HR Supervisor to oversee and manage the daily operations of our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, implement HR policies, and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.
- Manage employee records, benefits, and payroll processes.
- Provide guidance and support to HR staff, promoting professional development.
- Handle disciplinary actions and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
- Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and organizational changes.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
