Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily HR operations effectively.
- Develop, implement, and monitor performance evaluation systems.
- Conduct exit interviews and ensure proper execution of end-of-service procedures.
- Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
- Prepare HR reports and provide recommendations to management.
- Support department managers in all HR-related matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 to 10 years of proven experience in Human Resources.
- Solid experience in HR operations, performance management, recruitment, and exit interviews.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office applications.
