Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Reports To: HR Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
Assist in recruitment, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Coordinate performance appraisals and training programs.
Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation.
Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and benefits administration.
Prepare HR reports and assist in workforce planning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
35years HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Arabic & English Speaker
