About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a HR Trainee (Tamheer). This role is crucial in supporting various functions within our human resources department.

Responsibilities

  • Provide human resources administrative support to team members.
  • Assist our human resources coordination.
  • Manage schedules and organize meetings related human resources department.
  • Support onboarding processes including preparation of offers and pre-employment documents.
  • Provide support in various human resources functions.
  • Assist in posting job vacancies on various platforms (LinkedIn, Taqat, etc.)
  • Screen and shortlist CVs based on job requirements.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or any relevant field.
  • Eligible for the Tamheer program by GOSI / HRDF.
  • English language is a must.

Required Skills

  • Verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Microsoft Office suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
