About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a HR Trainee (Tamheer). This role is crucial in supporting various functions within our human resources department.
Responsibilities
- Provide human resources administrative support to team members.
- Assist our human resources coordination.
- Manage schedules and organize meetings related human resources department.
- Support onboarding processes including preparation of offers and pre-employment documents.
- Provide support in various human resources functions.
- Assist in posting job vacancies on various platforms (LinkedIn, Taqat, etc.)
- Screen and shortlist CVs based on job requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or any relevant field.
- Eligible for the Tamheer program by GOSI / HRDF.
- English language is a must.
Required Skills
- Verbal and written communication abilities.
- Microsoft Office suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
