Title: Human Risk Management

Job Description:

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Master's degree or professional certifications.
• Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity awareness, information security governance, human cyber risk management, or related fields.
• 5+ years with specific experience in managed awareness services.

Language Proficiency

• Native or near-native Arabic speaker with professional-level English proficiency.
• Formal Arabic language certification.

Certifications At least one of: CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent. Certified Security Awareness Practitioner (CSAP) or equivalent.

Healthcare Experience

• Familiarity with healthcare sector cybersecurity requirements.
• Specific experience in UAE healthcare or government sector.
