HUMAN RISK MANAGEMENT

The onsite resource shall serve as the primary operational interface between the vendor and CLIENT. The proposed onsite resource shall be allocated exclusively to CLIENT and shall not be concurrently assigned to other customers during the contract period.

The onsite resource shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following activities:

Coordinating all awareness program activities with CLIENT's Risk & Cybersecurity Awareness team and other internal stakeholders.

• Supporting the development, review, and approval of all Arabic-language awareness content to ensure cultural appropriateness and linguistic accuracy.
• Managing day-to-day platform operations, including user management, campaign scheduling, and system configuration.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for CLIENT employees and licensed healthcare facility staff regarding awareness program queries.
• Assisting in the planning and execution of awareness events, workshops, and training sessions.
• Preparing and presenting monthly and quarterly reports to CLIENT stakeholders.
• Following up with non-compliant users and departments to ensure training completion targets are met.
• Coordinating with CLIENT's IT and HR departments for system integrations and user provisioning.
• Supporting the development of the annual awareness plan.
• Escalating critical issues to the vendor's account management team and CLIENT's Risk & Cybersecurity Awareness team as appropriate.
• Preparing, organizing, maintaining, and submitting awareness-related evidence, documentation, records, and audit artifacts required for ISR assessments, ISO audits, DGEP assessments, internal audits, and external audits.
• Monitoring human cyber risk indicators, identifying high-risk users and departments, tracking remediation activities, and supporting CLIENT in reducing human cyber risk.
• Managing the awareness content development lifecycle, including script development, CLIENT review coordination, translation, quality assurance, final approval, publication, and content maintenance.

The onsite resource must meet the following minimum qualifications: Qualification Minimum Requirement Preferred

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Master's degree or professional certifications.

Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity awareness, information security governance, human cyber risk management, or related fields. 5+ years with specific experience in managed awareness services.

Language Proficiency

Native or near-native Arabic speaker with professional-level English proficiency.

Formal Arabic language certification.

Certifications At least one of: CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent. Certified Security Awareness Practitioner (CSAP) or equivalent.

Healthcare Experience

Familiarity with healthcare sector cybersecurity requirements.

Specific experience in UAE healthcare or government sector.

UAE Residency

Must be legally authorized to work in the UAE. UAE national or long-term UAE resident.

Content Development Experience

Demonstrated experience in developing and quality assuring Arabic and English cybersecurity awareness content.

Demonstrated experience in developing, reviewing, translating, and quality assuring Arabic and English cybersecurity awareness content for healthcare organizations or other highly regulated sectors.
