We are currently looking to hire an experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead service operations and ensure high-quality delivery for critical and VIP accounts.
We are seeking a skilled and disciplined HVAC Aftermarket Foreman to oversee residential HVAC maintenance activities and premium service accounts in Qatar. This position requires strong technical expertise, effective team supervision, and the ability to deliver high-quality service within confidential and high-profile residential environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to 24/7 on-call service requirements, ensuring priority handling of urgent requests for VIP and critical clients
- Supervise and coordinate a team of HVAC technicians and a dedicated driver to ensure efficient task allocation and timely job completion
- Execute Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules in line with contractual obligations and company standards
- Carry out minor replacement works for split AC systems and associated HVAC components
- Ensure timely and high-standard execution of maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and replacement activities
- Monitor equipment condition, identify potential failures, and initiate spare part requests proactively
- Oversee team attendance, productivity, and compliance with safety procedures
- Communicate professionally with Arabic-speaking clients, providing clear technical explanations and service updates
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion while operating in sensitive residential settings
- Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and supervisory roles.
- Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience in residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Ability to manage VIP clients and handle service requests professionally.
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English speaking ability is an advantage.
