Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a HVAC Foreman based in Jiddah. The HVAC Foreman will oversee and manage the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems at the site. Responsibilities include supervising team members, coordinating schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining the functionality of equipment. The role requires effective leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate clearly with team members and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and lead a team effectively
- Proficiency in handling Heavy Equipment and performing Maintenance tasks to ensure operational efficiency
- Knowledge of Carpentry for installing and maintaining HVAC-related structures
- Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with team members and relay instructions clearly
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently
- Prior experience in HVAC or related fields is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC is an advantage
- A commitment to workplace safety and adherence to industry regulations
