Penspen is looking for an HVAC Engineer for one of the Oil and Gas projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise installation of HV equipment including transformers, GIS/AIS switchgear, breakers, CTs, VTs, and protection panels.
- Coordinate site activities with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Plan daily activities and manage manpower to achieve progress targets.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to avoid clashes and ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
- Monitor project progress and report on schedule, quality, and safety performance.
- Support testing and commissioning and handover of HVAC systems.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and site safety procedures
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC site execution within large-scale or complex construction projects.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems installation methods and commissioning processes.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with international standards and UAE construction regulations is preferred.
- Prior experience on ADNOC projects preferred.
