Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for an HVAC Supervisor. The HVAC Supervisor will oversee and manage the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The day-to-day responsibilities include supervising a team of technicians, diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC issues, ensuring timely preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves coordinating with clients to address their needs and maintaining high-quality customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise HVAC installation works
• Manage HVAC technicians and workforce
• Interpret HVAC and MEP drawings
• Ensure quality control and safety compliance
• Coordinate with site engineers and managers
• Plan daily activities and manpower allocation
• Prepare daily progress reports

Requirements:

• Degree in HVAC or Mechanical field
• Minimum 3 years experience in HVAC supervision
• HVAC Certification (Mandatory)
• Knowledge of MEP and HVAC drawings
• Basic AutoCAD understanding
• Good English communication skills
• Leadership and site management ability
