Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of HVAC systems across various project sites in the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage technicians while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Duties
- Conduct detailed HVAC site inspections and accurately diagnose system faults.
- Assess airflow, cooling capacity, pressure, and temperature parameters during testing.
- Identify issues related to ducting, diffusers, insulation, thermostat placement, and controls.
- Supervise testing, balancing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical and control-related HVAC faults with electricians.
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
Supervision & Coordination
- Lead and guide HVAC technicians to ensure high-quality work.
- Train and support technicians to improve performance and technical skills.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams for smooth workflow.
- Schedule HVAC activities to avoid operational disruptions.
Quality, Safety & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Conduct routine inspections to maintain optimal system performance.
- Prepare service, inspection, and maintenance reports.
- Ensure timely completion of all HVAC tasks and projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 210 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components.
- Experience in site inspections, fault diagnosis, and commissioning.
- Familiarity with UAE building codes and safety regulations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and client coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Report writing and basic documentation skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Nationality: Filipino
- Experience: 35 years in HVAC supervision, preferably in the UAE
- License: Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Certifications: HVAC-related certifications (EPA, NATE, etc.) are an advantage
- Able to work independently and manage on-site teams efficiently
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
