Job Purpose: We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems across residential and commercial sites, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, and repair HVAC systems in line with industry standards.
- Perform preventive maintenance (cleaning coils, checking electrical connections, lubricating parts).
- Diagnose system faults and carry out timely repairs or replacements.
- Test systems for proper function and adjust as needed.
- Maintain service records and uphold safety protocols.
- Collaborate with clients to assess needs and recommend solutions.
- Stay current on HVAC trends and technologies.
- Work collaboratively with other technicians and team members to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven HVAC technician experience (preferably in facilities or service-based environments).
- Valid HVAC license/certification.
- Solid knowledge of systems, components, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
- Familiar with safety standards, regulations, and HVAC codes.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
- Physical capability to handle tools and equipment in various environments.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
