About The Position
Three Senses is currently seeking a HVAC Technician to join the B2B department.
Responsibilities
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Take full ownership of all HVAC systems on site, ensuring they are correctly configured, calibrated and operating at peak performance.
- Plan, perform and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for FCUs, AHUs, chillers, split units, ventilation systems and related components.
- Monitor system performance on a daily basis, quickly diagnose faults and organize repairs to minimize downtime.
- Develop and manage PPM schedules, maintenance logs and technical documentation for all HVAC assets.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized works, installations and major overhauls.
- Ensure safe and proper operation of equipment, including regular inspections, safety checks and compliance with UAE building codes and internal SOPs.
- Train and guide junior technicians or outsourced teams on correct operation, maintenance standards and safety procedures.
- Work closely with operations, warehouse, retail and office teams to maintain stable temperature, humidity and air quality across all areas.
- Participate in incident response and emergency planning related to HVAC failures or critical alarms.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Technical diploma or certification in HVAC systems or mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in HVAC maintenance within large-scale residential or staff housing environments.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC components, control systems, and energy efficiency principles.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings, riser diagrams, and schematics.
- Familiarity with CMMS platforms and digital reporting tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
