Responsibilities:
- The L3 Hybrid Senior Infrastructure System Engineer is responsible for managing and supporting hybrid infrastructure across assured cloud platforms (OCI, GCP) and on-prem environments.
- The role covers L3 support for HCI, VMware, Cisco HyperFlex (HX) clusters, Azure services, identity platforms (Active Directory, Entra ID), and Microsoft 365 applications including OneDrive and SharePoint.
- Responsibilities include NAS storage management (Pure Storage), follow-up escalations, ongoing operations & documentations, infrastructure assessments (including license and entitlement validity), and maintaining accurate technical documentation.
