Mission
Ensure the performance of hydrotesting activities following Foreman instructions and in accordance with safety and quality standards
Tasks
Perform hydrotesting activities in accordance with safety and quality requirements
Follow daily instructions given by Foreman
Ensure hydrotesting activities are carried out according to the applicable procedure
Verify the equipment and materials are in good and safe operating conditions and report any anomalies to Foreman
Ensure coordination with the adjacent works to minimize coactivities and avoid unsafe conditions
Follow the permit-to-work statement
Ensure the housekeeping of the work location
Qualifications And Experience
- ITI / Technical Certificate or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating pipeline pre-commissioning equipment offshore/onshore.
- Hands-on experience with operating and troubleshooting of:
Centrifugal Pumps (e.g., Caprari 500m/hr with CAT C27 Acer engine or similar),
HP Piston Pumps (e.g., MIDIS/Woma 550 ARP with CAT C18 Acer or similar),
Diesel Generators (e.g., Atlas Copco with Perkins 1104C engine or similar),
Air Compressors (e.g., Atlas Copco XRYS 1260 CD7 or similar),
Desiccant Air Dryers (Twin-pot, 1600 scfm+).
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions and safety procedures.
- Physically fit for onshore site conditions.
- Good communication in English language and teamwork skills.
