Role Overview

We are seeking an IT Consultant Identity Governance & Access Management to join our team. The role combines technical implementation, business analysis, and governance advisory across large-scale identity programs. You will be responsible for gathering client requirements, analyzing access processes, and supporting the end-to-end design, deployment, and optimization of IAM/IGA solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with business and IT stakeholders to analyze existing access management processes and identify improvement areas

Conduct requirement gathering workshops and document functional and technical specifications

Translate business needs into IAM/IGA configurations, policies, and workflows

Implement and configure IAM/IGA solutions (SailPoint, Omada, OIM)

Design and maintain identity lifecycle, access request, and approval workflows

Perform access certification campaigns, SoD (Segregation of Duties) and role mining analysis

Support migration and integration with systems such as Workday, Active Directory, SAP, and Cloud platforms and various applications

Develop scripts, connectors, and automation workflows (REST, SCIM, PowerShell, API)

Conduct data analysis and reporting to identify access anomalies and compliance gaps

Prepare technical documentation, process maps, and audit evidence

Collaborate with security architecture and compliance teams to align solutions with standards

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent field

25 years experience in Identity Governance, IAM Consulting, or IT Security

Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and solution documentation

Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow, Omada Identity Cloud, or other IGA Solutions, Privileged Access Management Solutions (e.g. CyberArk)

Experience of RBAC, SoD, certification campaigns, and governance frameworks

Familiarity with Active Directory, Entra ID, REST APIs, C# , Java, PowerShell, and SQL

Excellent analytical and communication skills
