ICT Implementation Senior Engineer

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced ICT Implementation Senior Engineer to design, configure, and deliver enterprise network, security, and low-voltage (ELV) solutions. The ideal candidate has strong IP networking skills, multi-vendor configuration experience, and hands-on expertise with systems such as CCTV, Access Control, IPTV, and structured cabling.

Key Responsibilities

Develop HLD/LLD designs for network, security, and ELV systems.

Configure and deploy multi-vendor platforms: Cisco, Fortinet, Huawei, Palo Alto, Extreme Networks, Avaya.

Implement and integrate CCTV, Access Control, IPTV, Intercom, Public Address, and structured cabling solutions.

Lead installation, migration, testing, and cutover activities.

Perform advanced troubleshooting and act as a senior technical escalation point.

Prepare design documents, configuration records, and implementation reports.

Participate in customer workshops and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years in ICT/network design and implementation.

Strong knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, IP design, and security policies.

Hands-on experience with CCTV, Access Control, IPTV, and other ELV systems.

Proficiency in multi-vendor environments (Cisco, Fortinet, Huawei, Palo Alto, Extreme, Avaya).

Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Ability to lead technical execution and support junior engineers.

Vendor-specific ELV certifications (CCTV/Access Control/IPTV)

ITIL Foundation (optional)

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
