We are looking to hire an ICT Project Manager (Emirati Talent) to lead and manage ICT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline while meeting quality standards and business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Plan, execute, and finalize ICT projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
- Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and management.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Oversee the implementation of ICT solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- UAE national with Family book
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT project management.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale ICT projects.
- Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure, applications, and service delivery.
