Responsibilities:

Traffic Management & Allocation

• Oversee in-app traffic monitoring and optimization to improve reach efficiency and conversion rates.
• Design and implement traffic distribution strategies to drive key metrics (signup, KYC, FTD, trading volume, etc.).

Data Analysis & Dashboard Building

• Build and maintain traffic dashboards from scratch to establish a standardized monitoring system.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior data, identify issues and growth opportunities, and drive actionable solutions.

Personalized Targeting (1:1,000 Precision)

• Optimize in-app touchpoints such as recommendations, push notifications, message centers, and banners for personalization.
• Leverage user segmentation models to enhance targeting precision and maximize business conversion.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product, data, growth, and regional ops teams to implement traffic strategies in product features and campaigns.
• Continuously refine the traffic & targeting workflow, establishing SOPs and best practices.

Requirements:

Data & Product Skills

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Solid product thinking; capable of translating data insights into practical product/operations solutions.

Experience & Background

• 3+ years of experience in internet, e-commerce, fintech, or crypto exchange operations.
• Background in traffic allocation, recommendation systems, or personalized targeting preferred.
• Proven track record of building dashboards or KPI systems from scratch and driving cross-team projects.

Competencies

• Highly data-driven with strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities to align stakeholders and deliver results.
• Strong ownership, self-motivation, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Prior experience in a cryptocurrency exchange or fintech company.
• Familiarity with user growth, retention, and conversion optimization.
• Knowledge of Python, R, or data modeling/algorithm basics.
