We are looking for a Dubai-based creator to build and grow the Cars24 Arabia YouTube channel as a long-term content platform.
The ambition is to build one of the most distinctive automotive YouTube channels in the region.
Role context
At Cars24, content is becoming a primary way through which people discover, understand and trust the brand. We are building our organic content engine with the same seriousness with which we build our products.
This role sits at the intersection of
storytelling, platform understanding and brand building. It requires someone who understands how attention works on social platforms, but also cares about depth, narrative and consistency over time.
The expectation is not to manage social media, but to build a channel people choose to return to.
What The Role Is About
You will own the Cars24 Arabia YouTube channel end-to-end: from positioning and content strategy to conceptualisation, scripting, production and performance analysis.
The goal is to create stories and formats that build an audience over time. Not one-off videos, but a body of work that compounds attention and credibility over time. This requires someone who thinks like a creator, but operates with the discipline of someone building a product.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the positioning and long-term direction of the Cars24 Arabia YouTube channel
- Conceptualise & script recurring content formats, series and narratives
- Lead end-to-end production: from ideation and scripting to filming, editing and publishing
- Collaborate with brand, product and growth teams to ensure content reflects real product experiences & user needs
- Continuously study platform behaviour, audience signals and creator trends to refine the content strategy
- Track and analyse performance metrics including retention, engagement and audience growth

- Hands-on experience creating content on platforms like YouTube, Instagram or TikTok
- Ability to move fluidly between idea generation, scripting and execution
