As a dubizzle Group Trainer, you will be responsible for providing internal sales and Soft Skills training and be the technical facilitator. You will be required to engage with diverse groups of learners, providing them with essential skills to thrive in both professional and technical environments.

In this role, you will:

Sales and Soft Skills Training:

  • Develop and deliver specialized training on real estate classifieds sales cycles, including cold calling, lead nurturing, classifieds pitching, and closing techniques.
  • Conduct soft skills sessions focused on consultative selling, high-stakes negotiation, and building long-term relationships with property developers and brokers.
  • Utilize role-playing scenarios (e.g., handling objections or buyer hesitations) to ensure the sales team can navigate real-world market challenges.
  • Assess training ROI by tracking the performance of sales accounts post-training, ensuring a direct link between learning and revenue growth.

Technical Facilitation:

  • Facilitate hands-on workshops on the dubizzle Properties platform, including listing optimization, premium feature utilization, and CRM integration.
  • Guide teams on how to interpret Property Market Data, helping them use insights to advise clients on pricing trends and inventory movement.
  • Partner with Business Intelligence to translate complex market reports into digestible Sales Stories for the commercial team.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to train staff on new features and digital tools launched within the dubizzle ecosystem.

Curriculum Development:

  • Assist in the development and enhancement of training curriculum, incorporating best practices and innovative approaches to address evolving learning needs;
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify training gaps and opportunities for curriculum expansion or improvement;
  • Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, manuals, and online resources, to support both soft skills and technical training initiatives.

Evaluation and Reporting:

  • Design a comprehensive Real Estate classifieds curriculum that covers all the market knowledge.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure training content remains relevant and proactive.
  • The Ability to craft and author eLearning using Authoring tools and managing LMS.
  • The Ability to build TNA and Knowledge assessments, and playbooks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, Education, or any related field or equivalent certification.
  • Proven experience as a Trainer or Sales Lead within the Real Estate/Property sector is essential.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in sales and soft skills training and/or technical training facilitator, preferably in a corporate or organisational structure;
  • 1 - 3 years of digital media experience.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering training content using various tools and technologies.
  • Deep understanding of PropTech, CRM systems, and digital marketplace dynamics.
  • A strong background in delivering effective soft skills training and facilitating technical training sessions.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to command a room of seasoned real estate professionals.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills with a strong ability to turn market data and supply vs. demand metrics into actionable sales training.
  • Prioritisation and Planning Skills.
  • Punctual with deadlines and able to prioritise;
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
