What will I be doing
As an In-Room Dining Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests in the privacy of their rooms, ensuring each interaction reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality. A In-Room-Dining Waiter/Waitress is performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
.Delivering friendly, professional, and timely in-room dining service to ensure an outstanding guest experience
.Handling guest requests and inquiries efficiently and with a service-oriented approach
.Demonstrating thorough knowledge of menus, beverages, and all in-room dining offerings
.Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in full compliance with licensing and legal regulations
.Ensuring all mise-en-place and floor stations are fully stocked, organized, and maintained to the highest standards
.Ensuring food and beverage orders are accurate, well-presented, and delivered promptly
.Reporting any operational or guest-related issues in accordance with established procedures
.Maintaining Hilton grooming standards, including uniform presentation, personal hygiene, and professional appearance
.Complying with all hotel policies, including health and safety, fire, and security regulations
.Working collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
