We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused In-Store Excellence Supervisor to ensure flawless in-store execution across all retail channels in KSA.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive and monitor Perfect Store standards across all retail channels

Ensure visual merchandising excellence and brand compliance

Conduct regular in-store audits and track execution gaps

Coordinate in-store asset deployment and ensure correct placement & SOP compliance

Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and activations

Maintain planograms using Nielsen Spaceman

Provide accurate tracking and execution reporting

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field

24 years of experience in FMCG (in-store execution / merchandising / sales support)

Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Detail-oriented and execution-driven mindset

Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint

Experience with Nielsen Spaceman or retail audit tools is a plus

Fluency in English & Arabic
