Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Agent Technical Support role located in Cairo. In this position, you will provide professional technical support by addressing customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will also handle troubleshooting, effectively communicate with customers, and document resolutions in a timely and precise manner. A primary responsibility is ensuring customer satisfaction while working collaboratively with internal teams to enhance processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and understanding Customer Satisfaction metrics
  • Experience in delivering positive Customer Experience and managing Customer Relationships
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal; additional language skills are a plus
  • Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is preferred
