Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inbound Sales Representative (English B2), based in Qesm El Maadi. The selected candidate will handle inbound sales inquiries, engage with potential customers by providing tailored solutions, ensure optimal customer service, process customer orders, and manage accounts to establish and maintain strong client relationships. The role requires proactive communication and a results-driven approach to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Inside Sales and Account Management
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and resolving inquiries effectively
  • Proficiency in Order Processing and ability to manage accounts efficiently
  • Fluency in English at a B2 level or higher
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Previous work experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales techniques is advantageous
