FlairsTech is hiring for the first batch of a new Home Services account. We are looking for Customer Service Representatives with strong upselling skills to be part of the launch team and play a key role in building a high-performing operation from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with home service requests, bookings, and service details.
- Identify customer needs and upsell or cross-sell relevant services and packages.
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and availability.
- Handle objections and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Follow up on leads and pending cases to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Achieve KPIs related to sales, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- English Level: C1 (Fluent)
- Previous experience in customer service, telesales, or call center roles
- Proven ability in upselling and sales
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented with a sales-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
