Role Description
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
- Answer questions about products, pricing, and company policies.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Handle customer complaints, pain points, and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information.
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, retail etc.) when needed.
- Maintain a full report of lost opportunities and lead generation (CRM).
Planning and scheduling for mobile services vans.
Qualifications
- (1-3) years of experience in tele-sales, call center, or a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Basic computer skills (CRM systems, Microsoft Office).
- Strong listening skills and patience.
