Role Description

The Inbound Sales Specialist (English C1) is a full-time hybrid role based in Qesm El Maadi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The specialist will handle inbound sales inquiries, effectively communicate with prospective clients, identify their needs, and present tailored solutions. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining positive relationships with potential customers, ensuring a high-quality customer experience, and proactively assisting with client inquiries, feedback, and concerns.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, ensuring prompt and targeted resolution of client inquiries.
  • Excellent Communication and active listening skills, with proficiency in English at a C1 level to ensure clear and professional interactions.
  • Experience in Sales and the ability to identify customer needs, offer adapted solutions, and consistently meet sales targets.
  • Understanding of Customer Experience, focusing on creating positive, productive, and lasting relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in working within hybrid environments, managing tasks effectively both remotely and on-site.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous experience in a sales or support role, especially within the tech or MSP sector, is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
