ASMO aims to be operational in 2025 and provide reliable end-to-end integrated procurement and supply chain services for companies across the industrial, energy, chemical, and petrochemical sectors. Our focus customers in the short term will be Saudi Aramco and its Affiliates. In the long term, all the industrial sectors within Saudi Arabia aim to reach the MENA region.
Objective:
The Inbound Supervisor is responsible for the activities of a Unit in any one of the operating divisions engaged in the receiving, checking, identifying, storing, protecting and securing. The Unit Head is the pivotal position for assuring the work is done right and efficiently and satisfactory service is rendered the users.Performs majority of duties using own initiative and judgment, being guided by established policies and procedures

General Responsibilities:
- Performs all managerial functions common to those of the Unit level as established by Management. Implements approved programs, policies and procedures as directed. Does initial planning to accomplish anticipated new work.
- Coordinates and monitors work activities within the unit to assure that work schedules, quality and quantity standards, distribution of manpower and equipment, are achieved and are being utilized in the most effective, efficient and economical manner.
- Analyzes total materials to be stored vs. available storage space and develops recommendations based upon practicalities and economics. Assures proper protection and security practices are adhered to.
- The Warehouse Supervisor tasks that he performs within SAP system includes but not limited to Troubleshoot the day-to-day SAP Warehouse related problems, Create, Change, & Book Storage Bin manually, Review Bin Status Report including the Empty Storage Bins, Review Outbound Deliveries for Picking and to Confirm Transfer Orders for Picking Deliveries via the Outbound Delivery Monitor, Change Material Master Warehouse Management Views, Review Shelf Life Control List on weekly basis, Analyze Materials List by Plant; Receipts; Issues; Stock Replacement & Removals, Review Movements Evaluation Reports by Storage Type, Monitor Warehouse Activity & Reporting Goods Receipt Forecast for each warehouse in order to distribute the expected workload among receiving employees.
- Performs the sensitive and restricted tasks such as document changes, Change Delivery, cancel a Transfer Order, Clear Difference between WM & IM, Reverse Transfer Posting between storage types i.e. from Blocked to unrestricted, collective processing of documents due for delivery. Develops and prepares proposals for new or revised operating practices and procedures that will improve overall effectiveness.
- Participates in regularly scheduled and special meetings where operational matters are reviewed and new/revised procedures reviewed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply chain, Operations Management, Mechanical, Business Administration, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required

- 7 years of experience in material handling, performing a variety of storehouse operations work.

- Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English and prepare finished/accurate reports and documents in English.
