Key Responsibilities
- Work with senior engineers to design smart, cost-effective production layouts.
- Improve workspaces to reduce strain, repetitive tasks, and inefficiencies.
- Stay up to date with the latest manufacturing tech and trends.
- Analyze production issues and recommend practical solutions.
- Help implement systems that improve planning, control, and cost-efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of industrial processes, Lean Manufacturing, and project management.
- Solid experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other 2D/3D design tools is a plus.
- Excellent planning, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Flexible, analytical, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong teamwork, customer focus, and communication skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
