KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with senior engineers to design smart, cost-effective production layouts.
- Improve workspace to reduce strain, repetitive tasks, and inefficiencies.
- Stay up to date with the latest manufacturing tech and trends.
- Analyze production issues and recommend practical solutions.
- Help implement systems that improve planning, control, and cost-efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; PMP certification is an advantage.
- 5–10 years of experience in a comparable role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven hands-on expertise in the following areas:
- Welding technologies and equipment, including seam, CO₂, and projection welding
- Sheet metal production, covering presses, dies, and tooling
- Plastic injection molding, including machinery, processes, and mold design
- Painting and printing operations, such as enamel and electrostatic coating
- Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong project management capabilities across all phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other 2D/3D design software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with effective time management.
- Flexible, results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, with a strong customer focus and effective communication skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
