Role Description
This full-time hybrid role for an Industrial Lubricants Sales Representative is based in Alexandria, with some work-from-home flexibility. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining and expanding customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and offering product training to clients. The role also involves delivering tailored solutions for clients in the industrial and marine sectors while meeting sales goals.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Customer Service and Interpersonal Communication skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficiency in Sales and Communication to identify opportunities and effectively convey product value
- Ability to conduct Training sessions and provide product knowledge to clients
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities in dynamic business environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Experience in industrial or lubricants sales is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
- Willingness to travel locally as needed to serve clients
