Al Douri Group is looking for an experienced and skilledElectrical Technicianwith strong industrial electrical experience, supporting manufacturing and production environments through reliable installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and electromechanical systems.
Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. Hands-on experience with low- and medium-voltage systems, industrial motors, control panels, switchgear, and automation equipment.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, inspect, and repair industrial electrical and electromechanical systems used in manufacturing and production operations.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults in low- and medium-voltage systems, minimizing downtime and production impact.
- Read, interpret, and work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, layout drawings, and technical manuals.
- Maintain and service industrial motors, control panels, switchgear, drives, sensors, and automation equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities in accordance with maintenance schedules and operational priorities.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with applicable electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Support commissioning, testing, and modification of electrical systems and production equipment.
- Identify root causes of electrical failures and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with mechanical, automation, and production teams to resolve equipment and process issues.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, fault reports, and documentation for completed work.
- Adhere strictly to safety procedures, lockout/tagout practices, and risk assessments during all tasks.
