Role Overview:
We are seeking an Industry Research Assistant to support our research operations by identifying, contacting, and coordinating with industry professionals for expert interviews. This role involves high-volume outbound calling, clear communication, accurate data recording, and meeting daily performance and credit targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to professionals and industry experts
Clearly explain research projects, interview processes, and participation requirements
Screen and qualify experts based on project criteria
Accurately document call outcomes, expert details, and feedback using internal systems or CRM
Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and data accuracy
Meet required working hours, call volume, and credit targets consistently
Compensation and Schedule:
Working hours: 9 hours per day, Monday to Friday (between 8am10pm)
Sunday: 4.5 hours only
Saturday: OFF
Payment (Monthly via bank transfer):
Base pay: $300/month for full-time work (meeting required hours, dialing at least 20 calls per hour, and achieving credit targets)
If credits are under 20: Base pay is $200
Commission: $10 per credit, paid on top of base pay
