Influencer Marketing & Account Manager Job Description

About the Job:

This role is designed for an Arab national ready to step into regional influencer leadership, taking ownership of campaigns, creator relationships, and client outcomes across the GCC. With 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience, the successful candidate brings a strong understanding of influencer platforms, a passion for social media culture, and the confidence to deliver impactful, performance-driven campaigns at scale.

Why This Role Matters:

You will be the day-to-day owner of influencer accounts and campaigns.

You'll translate client objectives into influencer strategies, manage creators with confidence, and ensure campaigns deliver both creative quality and commercial impact. This role is designed for someone who is already stepping beyond execution and wants more responsibility, visibility, and progression.

What You'll Own:

  • Develop, pitch, and execute creative influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and influencers, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.
  • Lead influencer campaigns end to end, from briefing and talent selection to execution and reporting
  • Manage influencer contracts, negotiations, and coordination with internal teams.
  • Ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign KPIs.
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with UAE, KSA and GCC creators and talent partners
  • Translate client briefs into influencer strategies that deliver brand and performance outcomes
  • Lead client communication, status updates, and performance reviews
  • Track campaign performance and turn data into actionable insights
  • Identify emerging creators, trends, and platform opportunities in the GCC market

What We're Looking For

This role is for you if you:

  • Have 24 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or account management
  • Strong understanding of the influencer landscape in the GCC.
  • Energetic self-starter with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
  • Are fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver campaigns successfully.
  • Are fluent in English and Arabic
  • Experience working cross-functionally and representing both brands and influencers professionally.
