Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Influencer Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team on-site in Dubai. The individual will oversee influencer marketing campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring seamless coordination with creators and clients. Responsibilities include managing campaign timelines, collaborating with influencers, monitoring metrics to assess campaign performance, and optimizing strategies to achieve measurable growth and ROI. This role requires consistent communication and coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Campaign Management and Lead Generation
  • Knowledge and experience in Marketing, Integrated Marketing, and Marketing Automation
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to develop and manage relationships with influencers and creators
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with the influencer marketing landscape and data-driven campaign strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
  • Previous experience in digital marketing or influencer campaign management is a plus
