Role - Influencer Marketing Manager

Location - Mumbai/Delhi

Experience - 3-5 years

Key Responsibilities -

• Plan and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other emerging channels.
• Develop influencer strategies aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals.
• Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, agencies, and talent managers.
• Negotiate commercials, contracts, and deliverables with creators.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and derive actionable insights.
• Track influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of campaign assets while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and overall execution.
  

Requirements -

• 3–5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Brand Partnerships, or Digital Marketing.
• Strong understanding of the influencer ecosystem across major social media platforms.
• Experience managing multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
