Influencer Marketing Campaign Manager (Arabic)

We are working with a leading social media and digital agency in Dubai who are looking to appoint an Influencer Marketing Campaign Manager to join their growing team.
This is a key role within the social division, responsible for leading and delivering influencer-led campaigns across a portfolio of regional and international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across multiple clients
- Develop influencer strategies aligned to client objectives and campaign KPIs
- Identify, engage and manage relationships with relevant influencers across the GCC and wider MENA region
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables and budgets with influencers and talent managers
- Oversee campaign execution, ensuring timelines, quality and brand alignment are met
- Work closely with internal social, creative and account teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Track, measure and report on campaign performance and ROI
- Stay up to date with influencer trends, platforms and best practices in the region
Requirements:
- Arabic speaker (essential)
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, ideally within a social media, digital or creative agency
- Strong understanding of the GCC influencer and creator landscape
- Experience managing end-to-end influencer campaigns
- Strong client servicing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
