Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Infoblox L2 Engineer with strong expertise in DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) technologies to support enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Infoblox implementations, advanced troubleshooting capabilities, and a deep understanding of the Infoblox product portfolio. This role requires the ability to design and support robust DDI architectures tailored to diverse business needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support Infoblox DDI solutions (DNS, DHCP, IPAM)
- Perform L2-level advanced troubleshooting for Infoblox-related incidents and performance issues
- Lead and support Infoblox deployments, upgrades, migrations, and integrations
- Provide operational support, root cause analysis, and issue resolution within SLA timelines
- Design scalable and resilient DDI architectures aligned with industry best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Document configurations, architectures, procedures, and operational guidelines
- Support on-site engagements when required
Job Qualifications:
- 45 years of hands-on experience with Infoblox DDI technologies.
- Proven track record of successful Infoblox implementations.
- Strong expertise across the Infoblox product portfolio.
- In-depth knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management concepts.
- Experience with advanced troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
- Understanding of DDI security features, integrations, and automation (REST APIs preferred).
- Familiarity with industry best practices for high availability and disaster recovery.
Certifications (Mandatory)
- Infoblox Core DDI Advanced Troubleshooting Accreditation.
