EZOrder is a leading Saudi B2B enterprise (200+ employees, multi-warehouse operations, nationwide distribution) seeking an experienced Information Systems Manager to lead and evolve our enterprise systems landscape, with NetSuite as the core business platform.
This role reports to executive management and is central to our digital transformation journey.
Role Overview
You will lead the company's information systems strategy, ensuring technology platforms enable operational efficiency, financial control, scalability, and data-driven decision-making.
NetSuite will remain the core ecosystem, but the scope extends to integrations, infrastructure coordination, automation, and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the company's ERP ecosystem (NetSuite OneWorld).
- Define and execute the enterprise systems roadmap aligned with growth plans.
- Ensure system reliability, data integrity, security, and governance.
- Oversee integrations with WMS, e-Invoicing (ZATCA), banking systems, courier APIs, and third-party platforms.
- Ensure seamless data flow across departments (Finance, Sales, Warehouse, MPS, Customer Service).
- Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual dependency.
- Establish system controls, documentation, and change management processes.
- Ensure compliance with KSA VAT, ZATCA, and audit requirements.
- Strengthen ERP-based internal controls and reporting accuracy.
- Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting frameworks.
- Partner with department heads to optimize processes.
- Act as the bridge between business operations and technology.
- Manage external ERP consultants and technology vendors.
- Build internal capability as the organization scales.
Ideal Profile:
- 5+ years in ERP / enterprise systems management.
- Strong NetSuite expertise (configuration, workflows, integrations).
- Experience in distribution, multi-warehouse, or B2B environments.
- Strong understanding of finance and supply chain processes.
- Business-oriented mindset with strong ownership and governance focus.
- Experience operating in regulated environments (VAT, compliance).
