Information Technology Manager

We are hiring an IT Manager - Retail

Key Responsibilities

Own and lead Retail ERP & POS platforms (Dynamics 365 Business Central, LS Retail) end-to-end

Define application strategy, roadmap, upgrades, and integrations

Ensure seamless store operations across POS, inventory, pricing, promotions, finance, and CRM

Lead CRM, clienteling, campaign management, AI, and automation initiatives

Own Power BI dashboards and analytics for sales, inventory, finance, and customer insights

Work closely with Infrastructure teams on store networks and system availability

Manage vendors, partners, SLAs, and application budgets

Act as key stakeholder between business, IT, and external partners

Required Experience & Skills

1215 years of IT experience in fashion/apparel retail

Strong leadership and hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central & LS Retail

Experience driving AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives

Strong understanding of retail infrastructure and multi-store operations

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
