Role SummaryThe Information Technology Manager will lead and oversee all IT operations, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic business goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuwait.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, leading technical teams, and ensuring the security, efficiency, and reliability of all systems.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and implement IT strategies and solutions aligned with business objectives
- Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, fostering performance and development
- Oversee IT infrastructure, network systems, and cybersecurity operations
- Ensure system reliability, data protection, and operational efficiency
- Develop and manage IT budgets and cost optimization strategies
- Maintain and upgrade IT systems, software, and hardware
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and external partners
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and regulations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime
- Support cross-functional teams with technology solutions
Qualifications & Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven leadership experience managing IT teams
- Strong expertise in:
- IT infrastructure and network systems
- Cybersecurity and risk management
- System development and enterprise software tools
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications- Professional certifications such as:
- ITIL
- PMP
- CISSP
- Experience working in the Gulf region
- Background in Telecommunications or Banking industries
