Job Summary :-
We are seeking a highly experienced Head of IT / IT Director to lead the enterprise IT function within a manufacturing organization. The role is accountable for IT strategy, ERP and sales platforms, infrastructure and cybersecurity, and enabling business performance through reliable, scalable, and secure technology. The position requires strong leadership with hands-on depth in SAP S/4HANA, CRM/Sales systems, Microsoft Azure, and enterprise infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Define and execute IT strategy aligned with manufacturing and business priorities.
- Lead the SAP landscape with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA (implementation, upgrades, integrations, and support).
- Own Sales & CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Buzz, or equivalent systems).
- Govern IT infrastructure: networks, firewalls, Windows Server, data centers, and Microsoft Azure.
- Establish cybersecurity, data protection, business continuity, and disaster recovery standards.
- Lead ERP/CRM and system integration programs with internal teams and system integrators.
- Manage IT budgets, vendors, contracts, and technology roadmaps.
- Build and lead high-performing IT teams with clear KPIs and delivery standards.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Manufacturing leadership to enable performance.
Mandatory Requirments :-
- 12 to 21 years of total IT experience, with at least 5 years in an IT leadership or managerial role.
- Experience within manufacturing or industrial environments (technology manufacturing is a strong plus).
- SAP experience is mandatory, with a minimum of 4 years hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA.
- Proven experience with Sales / CRM systems such as Salesforce, Buzz, or similar enterprise platforms.
Strong technical background in:
- IT Infrastructure & Enterprise Architecture
- Network Security & Firewalls
- Windows Server environments
- Microsoft Azure (cloud platforms, security, and integrations)
- Demonstrated experience leading ERP/CRM implementations and IT transformation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior management.
