Information Technology Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo. The Information Technology Manager will oversee IT operations, manage teams, and ensure the effective implementation of technology to meet organizational needs. Responsibilities include maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring network security, managing system upgrades, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with department leads to align IT projects with company objectives. Additionally, the manager will ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain a secure and efficient technological environment while managing vendor relationships and IT budgets.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, system management, and database administration
• Experience in network security, troubleshooting, and system upgrades
• Strong project management and team leadership skills
• Familiarity with compliance standards and data protection practices
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CISSP, ITIL, PMP) are a plus
