Information Technology Manager

The IT Manager oversees the company's entire IT ecosystem, ensuring secure, efficient, and reliable operations. This role leads IT strategy, cybersecurity, data governance, ERP initiatives, and day-to-day infrastructure management. The IT Manager also drives digital transformation projects, such as ERP implementations, and ensures all technology supports business performance and compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience tackling various hardware and software problems. They should be comfortable providing technology solutions to employees. This candidate should have prior experience working with information technology and understand the latest technology trends to ensure the technology in place is up to date.

Responsibilities

• Manage technologies and provide administrative assistance for various systems
• Lead ERP launch, implementation, rollouts, and system upgrades across departments
• Oversee corporate website management, updates, performance monitoring, and security
• Understand various IT troubleshooting and provide technical support
• Control and monitor data, network access and backup systems
• Negotiate and communicate with third-party software providers for new software's and troubleshooting
• Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and governance frameworks
• Monitor, mitigate, and respond to cybersecurity threats

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in related field
• Proficient skills with MS server, Fortinet firewall and Ubiquiti Networks wireless.
• Experience in information technology space and solving various software and hardware problems
• Strong technical problem solving and communication skills
