Job title: Manager IT, Technical Projects
Project Management & Delivery
- Lead and manage end-to-end technical IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Technical Leadership
- Provide technical guidance and direction to project teams.
- Review system architecture, integration design, and technical deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, security policies, and best practices.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and decisions to senior management.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development and implementation.
Team Leadership
- Supervise and mentor project team members, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Allocate resources effectively across multiple ongoing projects.
- Conduct performance reviews and support professional development of team members.
Business Intelligence Reporting Management
- Manage overall Business Intelligence Reporting and Dashboard operations.
- Review and approve new report and dashboard requirements from the business.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of reports or dashboard deliverables.
Vendor & Partner Coordination
- Manage third-party vendors, consultants, and service providers for IT projects.
- Review and approve technical proposals, contracts, and service agreements.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of vendor deliverables
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to optimize IT project processes and methodologies.
- Implement project management frameworks (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid) where appropriate.
- Drive automation, efficiency, and innovation in IT project execution.
Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
- SAP analytic cloud.
Minimum Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in IT management operations.
Language Requirements:
- Arabic: Advanced.
- English: Advanced.
